🏃♂️ Cross Country Meet Success!
Congratulations to all our runners who participated in this week’s cross country meet at Poirier Elementary! We are grateful to the staff, students, and parents who helped make this event such a success.

Learning updates, attendance records, and other important information are available through MyEd. If you have lost access or need assistance navigating the system, please contact Ms. Wass at our main office.
🚪 School Entry and Exit Procedures
A reminder to families: if you arrive outside of regular entry and dismissal times, please drop off or pick up your child at the main office. As part of our school security procedures, using a single point of entry helps us keep everyone safe.
🔥 Fire Drill Success
We completed our scheduled fire drill this week, and students and staff exited the building quickly and quietly. Well done, everyone!
This is also a great opportunity to remind families about the important emergency preparedness work supported by the District of Sooke. Visit their website for helpful family emergency planning resources.
♻️ PAC Bottle Drive — THIS SATURDAY!
Please gather your refundable bottles and cans and drop them off in the school parking lot on
🗓 Sunday | ⏰ 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
All proceeds go directly toward supporting classroom projects and resources through our PAC. Thank you in advance for your generosity—and a special thank-you to the volunteers giving their time to help sort bottles.
